Case 1-example of full mouth reconstruction. Treatment consisted of reestablishing a proper more stable bite; then restoring her mouth with 9 implants and implant restoration, and all porcelain restorations on remaining natural teeth.

 Case 2- Example of Patient with old Discolored Veneers- Patient wanted a broader, whiter, and natural looking smile. Treatment consisted of 10 upper porcelain veneers. Note the characterizations and anatomy of the restorations that make them appear so natural.

 Case 3- Patient has severly worn her teeth down. Treatment consisted of Aesthetic Crown Lengthening, Reestablishing her bite and lost vertical dimension,Full Mouth Reconstruction utilizing Full Mouth All porcelain Restorations.

Case 4- Patient presents with Chief Complaint of Discolored and Crooked teeth.  Her previous dentist said there was nothing he could do unless she had orthodontic treatment which she was adversed to doing. We accomplished her desires by performing instant orthodontics by placing All porcelain restorations both Empress crowns and Empress porcelain veneers. The patient was on vacation from England for one week and this case was completed in two visits (5 days total-thanks to my lab which expediated this case).

Case 5- Patient Presents with Chief Complaint "I hate my smile and am embarrassed at the condition of my teeth.  Treatment consisted of Non surgical periodontal therapy, Soft Tissue contouring, 1 root canal, 10 all porcelain restorations on the top teeth (2 crowns, 8 veneers), Cosmetic contouring and professional tooth whitening of the lower teeth;
